Organisation The people of The Gambia are one of the most friendly in the world, whilst suffering with poverty and a lack of basics; they will always manage to smile and welcome any visitor. Whilst never really knowing where their next meal is coming from, they will share whatever they have, whether it be some rice, some vegetables or a piece of meat or fish! We have witnessed the poor helping the poorer and the poorer helping the starving with the starving helping the physically disabled and the blind etc. In the 21st Century with a strong global economy this should not be happening, but it is! Our duty as human beings is to help where we can!
